This retreat is for all women to nourish, exhale, and be in a supportive and safe space. We come together to sit in circle, to release, to laugh, cry and rejuvenate. Together, we can call in a reset into our lives. Together, we can begin to incorporate practices that nourish our bodies, minds and spirits rather than deplete our energy. Together, we shine light and make positive impacts for our family, community and world.

 
 

​With Either as our container, we will spend each day exploring the elemental energies of Earth, Water, Fire, and Air. We will immerse ourselves in practices, foods, movements, and ceremonies to connect with those that are best for each unique body. This retreat is an opportunity to dive into full lifestyle changes.

You will leave this course with clear steps to enhance your health and life in a holistic way.

 

What You’ll Leave Your Training With

  • Step into a strong and powerful group of women, in ceremony and in circle

  • Explore using all types of props to modify and provide support in poses

JESSI LUNA

Jessi teaches a Vinyasa-based practice to combine elements of dance and natural movement with traditional yogic sequencing. She incorporates attention to the rhythm of the breath and allows for organic movement to flow in each pose. She is grateful for the journey of yogic creativity and loves to share this movement of bliss with others along the way. 

Jessi, along with her husband Zach and her parents, created Seven Springs Retreat Center in her mountain home of East Tennessee. Inspired by retreat centers from around the world, Seven Springs provides a natural and holistic space for local and global communities to experience high quality holistic education in the United States.

 

About Seven Springs

Seven Springs is the Tennessee home of Zach and Jessi, two of our Kula Collective co-founders. The family spirit is strong here: Jessi’s grandmother and parents have been homesteading the land for almost fifty years. From building to managing to mowing the grass, it takes all four generations to keep it up.

Set on 126 acres of secluded forest, this is the perfect place to disconnect and reconnect. It has come a long way in six years, earning the title of #1 meditation retreat center in Success Magazine (Sept ‘22).

Gather for practice on our hand-built shala with local cedar posts. Nourish yourself with Olivia’s hearty local vegan and vegetarian cuisine. Fill your cup with crystal clear spring water. Walk the creek between our springs among old growth hardwoods. Get out to explore & hike Great Smoky Mountain National park just a short drive away. Just 25 minutes from the Knoxville airport and within a day’s drive of so many cities, getting away from it all has never been this easy.
