Holistic Yoga Flows

Are you looking to refresh your daily yoga practice with new inspiration?

This course includes 1-2 hour asana practices to deepen your knowledge of your body and classes centralized around different themes. Develop your embodiment of your practice through flows including Hatha, vinyasa, and yin classes to ignite your passion for your practice. This course includes 36 yoga classes with 60 hours of instruction.

Yoga Anatomy

Feel a gap in your knowledge of the body?

Anatomy can often be a blockage in the in-depth study of yoga. This 7-hour instructional video course is short and well-aimed, guided by knowledgable Kula founder Jessi and focuses in on the essential information needed to get the most out of your practice and your teaching. Hone in on applied techniques and relevant and relatable tools to deepen your alignment, heal your body and regulate your whole system.
