Level one relates to embodiment of the practice as you integrate energy work from daily Qi Gong practice. We learn the framework of a CBC class and skillsets to be able to facilitate the practice. The Level 1 course will allow you to also give a 2hr healing dance journey session co-creating with your peers to crystallize what you have embodied highlighting the new skills and concepts learned.

Level two is taking Buddhist philosophy to channel the intention from the mind to create deeper and clearer relationships with yourself, one another and your environment. We compliment the dance practice with Yoga and Thai Massage Practice as a daily practice. We build on the foundations of level one as we refine our practice and grow our facilitation skills while adding more advanced skillsets to the practice like floor work and simple lifts. Our 7 day course focuses on the art of sequencing and assists in a Holistic way. Each day we honor the 5 Elements and integrate them into our practice and teachings. The morning module will be a Sequencing workshop full of tools to inspire, create and enhance the yoga flow sequence for healing, connection and transformation.
